Still At Large, which arrives at Buxton Opera House on Saturday 9th May 2026, is part stand-up, part storytelling, and part conversation - a celebration of the many versions of Lenny: the impressionist, the comedian, the actor, the author, and the fundraiser.

Lenny Henry first rose to fame as a teenager on New Faces in the 1970s and went on to become one of the UK's most recognisable faces through Tiswas, The Lenny Henry Show, and a string of acclaimed dramatic roles. He is also the co-founder of Comic Relief, which has raised more than £1.5 billion for good causes since 1985.

The show offers audiences a rare and intimate glimpse into the life of a performer who has navigated the full sweep of British entertainment - from Saturday morning television to Shakespeare, from stand-up clubs to Hollywood. Expect warmth, honesty, and more than a few surprises.

Tickets for the Buxton performance on 9th May are available now from the Buxton Opera House box office. With few tickets remaining, early booking is strongly advised.
